About Fortunum Ltd
We have extensive experience in building and altering infrastructure using the Network Rail GRIP process from 3-8.
We can provide our clients with full or partial support and assistance throughout all project stages - whether it be pre-construction documentation (including preparation of scoping and health and safety documents), issuing and evaluation of tenders, or simply managing the day-to-day activities of the project and contractors during construction.
Our Services
We provide a variety of project management-related services, ranging in scale from management of the entire project duration to individual phases and stages.
We also produce all CDM documents including scoping documentation, risk registers and pre-construction packs, act as client representative both on and off site, and create all compliance documents including landlord's consent applications, depot change requests and all other required documentation.

Since our founding, we have managed over £75m worth of projects on behalf of our clients, ranging in individual value from £1.5m to £20m. All projects have been delivered on time, safely and within budget.
