I worked with David from Fortunum Ltd on 6 depot modification projects to support the introduction of class 68 loco's with mark 5a coaches, Class 397s and class 802 trains. All projects were taken from GRIP 3 to 8.
Throughout the project durations, Fortunum gave the business the confidence that they were being managed correctly. Their ability to forecast and control costs was extremely accurate.
