Tailored and Flexible Consultancy Services
Fortunum can provide clients with a tailored and personalised service throughout all stages of a project’s lifecycle from the early Initiation Stages through to Project Completion and Handover.

On-Site Management - Construction and Safety
Fortunum staff are trained in site and construction management, giving us a concrete understanding of site and welfare health and safety, accident and incident reporting/RIDDOR, and hazard identification and risk assessment.
Fortunum staff are Civil Aviation Authority-approved drone pilots and can provide our own drone surveys, photography and videography for site surveys and progress reports.

Off-Site Management - Project Support and Compliance
Our off-site services include preparation and reviews of any documentation, project reporting, finances, regulatory and procedural requirements, stakeholder management and contract management.
We have great experience with all forms of NEC contracts and associated procedures, as well as tender evaluations, pre-construction documents and design approvals.
