While we may only be a small team of staff we do have a list of trusted associates that assist us when projects demand. All of our associates are qualified and experienced in their field and with the support of the main team, they offer the best service tailored to our clients needs, whether short or medium term.
David
Founder & Projects Director
David has been involved in construction management since obtaining his CITB advanced craft in bricklaying way back in 1984. He has held senior directorship roles in some of the countries largest companies and has managed multi-million pound projects. He has lead many major projects portfolios within the MOD, Energy, London Underground, Rail Infrastructure and HS2.
David founded Fortunum Ltd in 2014 after being made redundant and has quickly become respected in the field of client side project management.
David is a keen motorcyclist who loves nothing more than riding through the Derbyshire countryside on a nice day.
Jack
Compliance and Assurance
Jack joined us after finishing his Physics with Astrophysics degree. He works as an assistant project manager.
Jack carries out the dilapidation schedule, produces project reports, ensures we keep our clients compliant, assists with the project mobilisation and is our drone pilot
He loves music, video games and all things Japan.

He is currently on a sabbatical in Japan working in education
Levi
Project Manager
Levi is the newest member of our team. He joins us with aspirations of becoming a chartered Project Manager.
​
He has completed his APM PMQ and has successfully managed many projects on our clients' behalf.
​
He is responsible for all things project delivery, including Programme, Quality and Health and safety.
​
Levi is our trainee drone pilot and holds IPAF for those crucial asset inspections
​
In his free time, Levi enjoys participating in boxing, going to the gym and eating out.
Diane
Office Manager
Diane has been with us from the very beginning and keeps us all on the straight and narrow.
​​
Diane's principal role is to ensure the office runs smoothly and we all maintain her high standards customer service.
​
In her spare time Diane enjoys jigsaws, travelling and collecting Michelin stars
