We were appointed as Contract and Project Managers by C2C Trenitalia to assist with the tender, design and build processes for depot alterations to accommodate a new fleet of Bombardier Aventra trains. We developed tender and pre-contract documentation to provide clarity to the bidders, including scope, contract constraints and the pre-construction information pack (PCIP). We also assisted with the tender analysis and contractor appointment process. Finally, we acted as project, contract and construction managers for the entire design and build phase from GRIP4 to GRIP8.

Primary works include road enhancements, solebar and roof access gantries, a wheel drop facility, new CET facilities and an extension to the depot accommodation expanding the changing and locker rooms.
