We acted as project management and client representation for the design and build of Etches Park depot in Derby to accommodate a new fleet of Hitachi Class 810 bi-mode trains. Fortunum provided assistance from GRIP3 and took the project through GRIP4, GRIP5 tender and contractor onboarding before handing the project over to the Construction team.

Primary works included new heavy maintenance road within extension to existing shed, new electrified OLE test track and major enhancements to the Fuel Roads.
