Fortunum assisted South Western Railways with the pre-tender documentation (up to GRIP 4) including pre-construction information packs, project execution plans, CDM management procedures, risks registers and all other supporting documents to issue a detailed tender pack for potential bidders to submit their prices. We also worked with the Island maintenance team to co-ordinate pre-construction design surveys.

We additionally project managed two weekend possessions to carry out track lowering and alterations to accommodate new test trains.
